Technical Consultant (Endur) – Senior Associate – Energy & Commodities

Overview

In this role you help design and implement ETRM solutions for Energy Trading clients as part of Publicis Sapient’s Digital Business Transformation. You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable E/CTRM instances and translate business needs into technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with end users to prioritize requirements and deliver high-quality changes across asset lifecycles. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge energy trading tech in a global, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to or lead the development of E/CTRM instances across asset classes
• Collaborate with end users to identify requirements and propose technical solutions
• Deliver high-quality, sustainable changes across asset classes and their lifecycles
• Work within distributed teams to implement or improve E/CTRM solutions

Key requirements

• Experience with customization and support of OpenLink Endur products (cMotion, pMotion or gMotion) or similar packages
• Technical expertise in AVS, Connex Frameworks (including OpenLink Java Framework and TIBCO integration), VB toolkit, JVS, OpenComponents, or equivalent
• Familiar with E/CTRM architecture (functional and deployment) and data model
• Product configuration expertise in Power, Gas, Oil, Coal, Emissions, and OTC products like swaps and forwards
• Strong understanding of one RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server/ Sybase)
• Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle
