Hampshire County Council’s IT Service is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to join the 2nd Level Support team in Winchester. The role involves providing desktop support, user equipment provisioning, and meeting room tech management, ensuring Windows and Microsoft 365 services stay available and effective.
You’ll diagnose routine incidents, configure devices, maintain inventories, and contribute to IT projects. Occasional travel to other Hampshire locations is required.
