Outbound / Inbound Sales Consultant

Location: Brighton

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping customers? At OneFamily, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Outbound/Inbound Sales Consultant to be the voice of our brand.

You’ll speak with customers interested in our financial products, mainly through inbound calls, with some outbound opportunities. If you enjoy understanding customer needs and achieving sales success, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Explain OneFamily products clearly
• Build rapport and provide excellent service
• Keep customer records accurate
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Work collaboratively and uphold Consumer Duty
