You’ll manage recruitment across the industrial sector, developing client relationships and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. In return, we offer a competitive salary, 10% commission and a great work-life balance, alongside a range of employee benefits.

The role

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify business opportunities and win new accounts.
• Recruit for industrial roles, matching candidates to client requirements.
• Source, interview and register candidates.
• Manage bookings and keep clients and candidates informed.
• Carry out client visits to understand their businesses and staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records and complete relevant recruitment compliance checks.
• Work towards agreed targets while delivering a reliable, responsive service.

About you

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial sector.
• Confident communicating with clients and candidates.
• Comfortable with business development and building your own client relationships.
• Organised and able to manage changing priorities.
• Motivated by results and providing excellent service.
• A positive team player who takes ownership of their work.
