Retail Supervisor — Flexible Hours & Career Growth

Savers in Exeter is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead and coach a small team, ensuring excellent customer service and store standards. You will work about 20 hours per week with scope for additional hours and flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will join the team at 31E Sidwell Street, Exeter, supporting the Store and Assistant Manager and playing a key role in delivering results and a positive shopping experience for customers and the community.
