Warner Hotels is seeking a Loyalty Programme Executive to support the day-to-day operation of our loyalty program, oversee member communications and ensure a seamless guest journey. You will collaborate with hotels, operational teams and the Contact Centre to deliver benefits, updates and timely communications.
The role focuses on CRM campaign delivery, brochure coordination and stakeholder management, with exposure to Bloomreach advantageous. Based at Hemel Hempstead offices, 3 days per week.
