You will:
- Plan, teach and assess engaging lessons for pupils in Key Stage 2, ensuring high expectations for learning and behaviour.
- Deliver an ambitious and skills-rich curriculum that builds on children’s prior knowledge and supports meaningful progress.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued, safe and motivated to succeed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting pupils of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Promote pupils’ personal development, confidence and independence.
Ideal Candidate
You will:
- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent and have experience teaching in KS2.
- Be committed to consistently high standards of teaching and learning.
- Be enthusiastic, reflective and ready to contribute positively to school life.
- Have a child‑centred approach with excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
- Be passionate about helping every child realise their full potential within a supportive and inclusive setting.
