Overview
In this role you will join a leading Public Law and Human Rights team in Cardiff to handle Court of Protection (welfare) work and other public law matters. You will manage a varied COP welfare caseload, represent clients in sensitive disputes, and supervise junior colleagues while helping raise the team’s profile. The role combines direct, empathetic client work with opportunities to contribute to wider public law matters and organisational impact. This is a mission-driven opportunity to improve outcomes for vulnerable adults within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage own Court of Protection welfare caseload

Key requirements
- Has experience running their own COP welfare matters
