Overview

In this Finance Manager role at Vitesse, you will lead core financial close processes, consolidate multi-entity reporting, and maintain robust controls while driving finance transformation. You’ll champion automation and system improvements to support rapid growth across a global, regulated environment. Collaborating with Tech and Operations, you shape the finance operating model and enable scalable, accurate reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close with timely, accurate reporting
• Prepare consolidated management accounts across entities and currencies
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
• Support statutory reporting and external audits
• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and settlements
• Ensure transfer pricing processes are reflected within finance
• Support treasury and cash management activities
• Drive automation across finance processes and lead finance systems implementations and optimisations
• Improve integration between finance systems and broader business platforms
• Identify inefficiencies, implement scalable improvements
• Develop dashboards and automated workflows for insight and efficiency
• Build relationships across Finance, Technology and Operations

Key requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred)
• Experience as Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant in a complex business
• Proven track record as a change agent in finance systems, integrations, and automation
• Regular interaction with external audit teams and statutory reporting
• Strong intercompany accounting experience across multiple entities
• Experience preparing consolidated accounts
• Knowledge of multi-currency accounting
• Experience implementing or improving finance systems
• Demonstrated experience in automating finance processes and improving efficiency
• Strong financial controls and governance understanding
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and departments
• Advanced Excel skills with strong systems capability
