Cost Manager: Capital Projects & Investment (Hybrid)

Center Parcs is seeking a Cost Manager – Capital Projects to lead estimating, cost control and commercial insight across a multi-site capital programme. You’ll shape cost baselines, forecast performance and provide independent challenge to investment decisions.

This hybrid role is based at Forest House Head Office with two days in the office and regular travel to villages; a generous bonus scheme and company car accompany a wide benefits package.
