Care Concern Group’s Needwood House Care Home (Heath Hayes) is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to provide person-centred care for adults with complex mental health needs within a structured, specialist environment.
You will support daily routines, personal care where required, and meaningful engagement while ensuring support plans are followed to maintain a calm and therapeutic atmosphere. This is a full-time contract with shift patterns.
