Residential Conveyancing Lawyer – Exeter

Overview

In this role you handle residential property transactions end-to-end, taking ownership of a varied caseload within a well-established Devon firm. You will build and sustain client and referrer relationships, and contribute to marketing and business development. The position offers growth within a supportive team that values high-quality work. You will work independently and collaboratively to support the firm’s local reputation and tailored service.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
• Handle caseload with minimal supervision
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and referrers
• Participate in marketing and business development activities
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, tailored conveyancing services
• Collaborate with team and support growth of the Exeter office

Key requirements

• 1–5 years’ PQE
• Solicitor OR Legal Executive (FCILEx) OR Licensed Conveyancer
