Senior Residential Support Worker – Growth & Qualifications

Keys Group in Retford is seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our Children’s Residential service. You will lead a small team, deliver nurturing care, and support young people to thrive in a safe, supportive home environment.

This full-time role requires at least 12 months’ experience in Children’s Residential, a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People, and a full UK driving licence.
