Clinical Lead & Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) – Care Home

Porthaven Care Homes is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our care home. You will lead the care team with passion, form strong relationships with residents, their relatives and multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure the highest standard of care in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

You must be an RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin, with up-to-date clinical practices knowledge and strong leadership.
