Alfa-Executive Solutions in the UK is seeking a seasoned Key Account Leader to own and grow a portfolio of strategic EMS client accounts. You will be the primary commercial interface, driving profitability across multi-year programs in aerospace, industrial automation, medical tech, and clean energy, with UK travel required.

You will lead account plans, negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations to align capabilities with client needs.
