SEND Transition Mentor to Empower Student Growth

Senovo is recruiting a SEND Transition Support Mentor for opportunities across Hackney. The role supports pupils as they move between classes, phases or settings, helping them develop independence and regulation strategies.

Experience in a school, youth work, mentoring or SEND is expected. QTS is not required for this support role; successful applicants will need right-to-work, references and safeguarding checks.
