Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School Role

Philosophy Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming secondary school in Lewisham, starting September/October 2026. The role supports students with a range of learning needs, working with teachers and the SEND team to enable access to the curriculum and personal growth.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a secondary setting or be starting a career in education, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing professional development.
