Shift Leader – Drive Outstanding Customer Experience

Greggs in Aberdare is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team. You will help look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around, motivate staff and ensure excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, and online orders.

Typical shifts involve leading by example, serving customers quickly and friendly, preparing products, and keeping displays stocked. If you have prior supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
