In this role you will drive technical delivery within Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice, shaping innovative solutions using modern AWS serverless and event-driven architectures. You will work with cross-functional digital talent to deliver high-quality, secure software while coaching engineers in agile environments. Responsibilities

• Shape innovative solutions using modern design patterns and architectures (serverless, event-driven)
• Lead and coach engineers within agile projects to accelerate incremental delivery
• Implement and advocate CI/CD processes and tooling (ideally GitHub) to ensure quality and security
• Develop solutions running in container environments (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from diverse skills and perspectives

Key requirements

• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js
• Experience designing and developing AWS serverless solutions
• Experience with modern design patterns and architectures (serverless, event-driven)
• Hands-on CI/CD experience and tooling (ideally GitHub)
• Experience leading and coaching engineers in agile projects
• AWS Associate, Professional or Specialty certification
• Experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes)
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
