Centre Manager (Part-Time, Welsh-Speaking) – Childcare

We are seeking a passionate Centre Manager to lead a Flying Start childcare setting in Carmarthenshire. The role is currently 22 hours per week and pro-rata’d if hours change, with a salary hourly rate of £18.96–£21.43.

The post requires a Level 3 childcare qualification, ability to demonstrate Welsh language at Level 3, and an Enhanced DBS check. You will oversee a team delivering high-quality learning for 2–3 year olds in a supportive, inclusive environment.
