OnBoard Delivery Coordinator – Crewe, England

Salary: 35,000

Please note: this is a 12 month fixed-term contract

The Role

Delivery of the STAR Mobile allocation process at Crewe, support On-Board’s role in the new revenue equipment project, preparation and maintenance of On-Board delivery data across multiple areas.

Role responsibilities

  • Perform and deliver the allocation, cashing up, and any other key activities relating to the revenue equipment at Crewe.
  • Ensure faults with revenue equipment are addressed promptly and equipment is prepared in advance to reduce instances of conductors starting shifts with faulty or half-charged equipment.
  • Provide organisational presence and support for the collection of cash and data bags by SecPlus.
  • Introduce measures for delivery, including fault labels for conductors and a shared fault and stock whiteboard
  • Work with the conductors and conductor managers in Crewe to ensure operational efficiency and build improved STAR Mobile knowledge.

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience of coordinating activities, processes or resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience of maintaining and managing data.
  • Ability tocommunicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and build positive working relationships.

Welsh Language Skills

While not essential for thisrole, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
