Responsibilities

• Operate through PCSA/2-stage tender processes from preconstruction to completion
• Procurement across all subcontract accounts
• Pricing, change management and variations handling
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients and CVRS
• Support the senior commercial team and mentoring junior members

Key requirements

• 10 years of experience in Construction Quantity Surveying with a Main Contractor
• Good communication skills
• Quantity Surveyor degree or working towards
