Senior Tech Recruiter – Autonomy & Uncapped Commission

CyberForce Global is seeking an Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead end-to-end recruitment in Cyber, SaaS and AI. You will own the full 360 process, attracting and placing senior talent for VC-backed tech firms from London and beyond.

You’ll build relationships with founders and hiring leaders, win new clients, and manage both retained and contingent searches while developing a strong market network and closing high-value offers.
