Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Doncaster | Full-Time | £40,000 + Bonus | Clear Salary Progression
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established and growing domiciliary care provider in the Doncaster area.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced care manager who is looking for a role with clear progression, strong senior support and the opportunity to grow an established service.
The service is already up and running, with a clear plan for further growth across the area.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management, quality and continued growth of the service.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading, supporting and developing the care team
- Ensuring high standards of person-centred care are maintained
- Overseeing CQC compliance, policies and quality standards
- Managing recruitment, inductions, supervisions and appraisals
- Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and reflect individual needs
- Managing rotas and ensuring care calls are delivered effectively
- Building positive relationships with clients, families and professionals
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the service
- Identifying opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of the branch
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 starting salary
- Salary increases to £50,000 once the service reaches 2,000 hours
- Further increase to £55,000 once the service reaches 3,000 hours
- Performance-related bonus scheme
- 40 hours per week
- 27p per mile mileage allowance
- 27 days’ annual leave, increasing up to 28 days

About You
You will ideally have previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior management position within domiciliary care.
You’ll need:
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care standards
- Experience leading and developing care teams
- Strong people management and communication skills
- A genuine focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Commercial awareness and an interest in growing a service
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The ability to provide on-call and weekend support as required
