Overview

In this role you will support the Group Reporting function to ensure timely, accurate financial results and compliant reporting. You will work with global finance teams to manage month-end close, intercompany eliminations, and external reporting for half-year and year-end statements. You’ll contribute to system and process improvements, strengthening financial integrity and reporting efficiency. This is a cross-functional, technically focused position with a clear impact on the company’s financial quality and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly close process, including review of divisional trial balance submissions and cash flows in the consolidation system
  • Assist with intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes
  • Collaborate with finance teams to meet reporting requirements and provide technical accounting support on complex topics
  • Assist with year-end and half-year external reporting, including preparation and review of financial statement sections
  • Support ERP and reporting tool implementation or upgrades and drive continuous improvement of reporting outputs and processes
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors

Key requirements

  • 1-2 years PQE in group reporting, audit, or technical accounting with consolidation exposure
  • Qualified chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA)
  • Working knowledge of IFRS
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of consolidation systems is an advantage
  • Relevant industry experience is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with local and global finance teams
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
