Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead AMP8 Framework Agreement projects across multiple sites, directing delivery in line with the company’s strategy. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary design and construction activities to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines, budgets, and risk while maintaining focus on safety and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role with a meaningful impact on delivering critical water infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Oversee AMP8 Framework Agreement projects across multiple sites
• Direct, coordinate, implement, execute, control, and complete projects within company strategy
• Prioritize safety, quality, and client satisfaction in all activities
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design and construction teams
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements

Key requirements

• Project management experience in multi-disciplinary design and construction within the water industry
• Degree or equivalent in construction, commercial, or engineering related discipline
• Project Management Qualification or equivalent
• Delivery-driven with ability to set targets and manage multi-disciplinary teams
• Extensive project delivery experience
• Knowledge of NEC Contracts
• Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management
• Practical knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety
