Luxury Store Manager – Client Experience & Growth

KENZO is seeking a Store Manager for its Bruton Street store. The role involves driving profitable performance by motivating a team, developing a strong client base, and organising events to reflect the brand DNA.

You will lead by example, implement visual standards, elevate customer service, and manage stock and selling ceremonies in line with brand requirements. A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail and 3 years in people management is expected.
