SHE Champion: Health, Safety & Environmental Lead

Ibstock Plc is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator for its Thornley factory in Durham. The role requires engaging with employees at all levels, supporting risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of SHE systems.

You will be hands-on on the shop floor, spend time on production lines, and contribute to site and group SHE objectives with strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision making.
