Assistant Pub Manager – Lead, Inspire, and Grow toward GM

Marston’s PLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to join the pub management team and step up when the General Manager isn’t around. You’ll lead from the front to create memorable experiences that bring guests back.

As part of a supportive structure, you’ll help drive financial KPI’s, motivate the team across shifts, and ensure smooth operations when deputising for the GM. Aspire programme supports progression to General Manager.
