PIB Group is seeking a Credit Controller to join the busy team based in Retford. The role focuses on collecting due and overdue monies for insurance policies and involves outbound calls to clients, agents and Introducers.
You will handover from the QX team, manage priorities to meet KPIs, and work with the wider IBA team to improve processes while ensuring compliance with CASS 5 rules. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
