Key Holder & Sales Leader – Shoes Retail

Clarks Croydon is seeking a motivated Sales Associate with a Key Holder role to drive store performance and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will lead by example, support daily targets, and ensure service standards are met across front and back of house while selling shoes and accessories using Clarks models.

Flexibility to work a 5-day pattern including weekends and bank holidays, full training provided, and opportunities to progress within the store are offered.
