Residential Conveyancer

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Work within a supportive, collaborative team with minimal supervision
• Ensure clear communication with clients and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate file management and procedure adherence

Key requirements

• 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing or equivalent
• Experience as Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
