Wates Smartspace is seeking an experienced Gas Mobile Engineer to join our Facilities Management team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Stoke-on-Trent and the wider Midlands region. This mobile role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across multiple sites, ensuring safe and compliant building services.

You will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and upgrades, with a focus on gas safety and compliance.
