JD plc is seeking a Customer Service Agent at Kingsway for a full-time, rotating shift pattern across 5 days out of 7. Hours include 6:30am–7:15pm on weekdays and 6:30am–6:00pm on weekends, with a rotating weekend roster and coverage needs.
You will handle inquiries via phone, email, social media and live chat, resolve product questions or issues, take orders by phone, and provide product guidance while recording reasons for contacts and contributing to service improvements.
