Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Swiss House, a Wordsley-based home, offering days or nights shifts. You will assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction and contributing to personalised care plans.
The role requires prior care/nursing home experience and an NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with additional eligibility for medication-related duties. A DBS check and ongoing training are provided.
