Waking Nights Support Worker for Autistic Adults

Autism Initiatives in the Isle of Man is hiring Support Workers for waking nights across Central and Northern services. The role offers 35 hours a week with a 4 night on, 4 night off pattern, starting around 22:00 and finishing 08:00, and a salary of £29,213–£32,520 per year.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you will support autistic adults to live as independently as possible, promote health and well-being, and build a trusting rapport with residents.
