Head of Community Safety & Safeguarding

One Manchester is seeking a Community Safety Manager to lead and develop the Community Safety service, including safeguarding and domestic abuse. You will oversee case management, regulatory compliance and service improvements while working with partners to deliver value for money and excellent customer outcomes.

You will guide a team, manage budgets and respond to incidents, complaints and external inquiries, ensuring EDIB across the service and organisation.
