ER-Driven HR Business Partner – Central London

Etech Partners is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to own employee relations across a busy, multi-site operation in Central London. The role is ER-heavy and partners with operational managers while line-managing two HR Advisors.

You will provide practical guidance on UK employment law, manage complex ER casework, support TUPE and restructures, and help shape people strategies, engagement, and succession planning. Office-based, Monday to Friday.
