We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing new branch. This is an opportunity to become part of a business at an exciting stage of its development, with a large geographical area to service and significant potential to build a successful and profitable desk.
The Role
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for winning new business, building strong client relationships and generating profitable growth. As a new branch, business development will be a major focus. We are therefore looking for someone who is comfortable creating their own opportunities rather than simply managing an established client base. If you are interested, the role offers the potential to build a team and move into more senior positions. Alternatively, if you wish to focus on individual performance and be a star biller, we would be very happy for you to do so. We are open to your career preferences.
You will be expected to:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Proactively approach prospective clients
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate and manage vacancies
- Source and manage suitable candidates
- Develop a profitable recruitment desk
- Consistently achieve agreed targets and objectives
About You
We are looking for someone experienced and ambitious who can hit the ground running. You will be excited by bonus and results and comfortable with sales and business development. You will be surrounded by talented recruiters here at Interaction.
The Package
- £30,000 – £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience
