Head of Bars — Creative Beverage Lead for Michelin Spanish

Sabor and Legado, part of the JKS Restaurants group, seek an experienced Head of Bars to lead the beverage offering across both venues. This is a hands-on role, with active service on the floor and a focus on developing drinks, menus and commercial performance.

You will build and mentor high-performing bar teams, manage stock and budgets, and collaborate with senior management to drive profitability in a Michelin-starred restaurant group.
