Senior Program and Delivery Manager

In this senior role, you partner with Product and R&D leadership to define and maintain the area roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and accountable delivery. You will enable Product and R&D to move faster by shaping shared planning rhythms and removing blockers. You’ll identify frictions and systemic bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to leadership. This AI‑First engineering context emphasizes leveraging AI tools to improve planning, delivery, and security outcomes. You will influence cross‑functional teams and drive measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the area roadmap with ranked priorities and accountability
• Maintain capacity visibility and realistic commitments across teams
• Translate business goals into sized, sequenced deliverables with held dates
• Own and protect the commitment list across planning cycles
• Lead weekly cadence with Product and R&D to review progress and resolve blockers
• Manage risks and dependencies, escalating for resolution
• Enable AI adoption across Product and R&D and embed AI workflows in planning, docs, code review, and QA
• Track AI usage and outcomes to demonstrate impact and justify continued AI‑driven changes
• Identify recurring friction and drive systemic improvements in delivery practices
• Own and communicate metrics on delivery flow (cycle time, lead time, deployment freq, WIP) and Jira hygiene
• Maintain team health by monitoring friction and pace, reducing overhead and unnecessary ceremony
• Foster fast, lightweight processes to improve flow and remove non-value add ceremonies

Key requirements

• 5+ years in Technical/Engineering Program Management, Delivery Management, or Engineering TPM in multi‑team Product and R&D environments
• Proven track record owning end‑to‑end roadmap planning and execution
• Ability to build a metrics framework and interpret delivery data to inform decisions
• Strong cross‑functional influence across Product, R&D, and leadership without direct authority
• Fluent in agile delivery with credibility in trade‑offs, estimation, and risk discussions
• Exceptional communication translating complex delivery dynamics for technical and executive audiences
• Genuine interest in AI tools and accelerating adoption where valuable
• High ownership and team‑first mindset with problem‑solving approach with measurable outcomes
