What’s the Role AllAbout?
You’ll be supportingamazing individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mentalhealth needs to live independently and enjoy life. Think:
- Trips to the cinema, bowling,shopping, and fun group activities
- Helpingwith everyday tasks like cooking, budgeting, andmedication
- Being a friendly face and a steadyhand when someone needs it most
- Encouragingconfidence, independence, and joy—every single day
What You’llNeed
- Afull UK Driving Licence (you’ll be driving our companycars)
- A positive attitude and a genuinepassion for helping others
- Experience in careis great—but not essential. We’ll train you up!
Shifts &Hours
- 14-hour shifts including weekends andsleep-ins
- Flexibility is key—but we’ll alwaystry to keep things fair
