About you
- Trade apprenticeship completed with relevant joinery experience (mainly 2nd fix)
- Experience in first and second fix joinery, tiling, flooring, and kitchen fitting
- Full clean driving licence
- Knowledge of working at heights or roof repairs is desirable
- Experience working on maintenance contracts or in the construction industry preferred
- Fire door qualification is an advantage
What you’ll do
- Perform repairs and maintenance inside social housing properties to high standards
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company protocols
- Participate in a call-out rota providing responsive repair services
- Accurately measure, report, and complete necessary documentation
- Travel across Northern Ireland, mainly within Greater Belfast and County Down
- Inspect fire doors and carry out minor installation work as required
