- Relevant joinery qualification with proven experience in bespoke or high-quality carpentry
- Proficiency in using a wide range of joinery tools and machinery
- Strong ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently
What you’ll do
- Interpret detailed manufacturing drawings and specifications to create bespoke joinery items
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials using advanced tools and machinery
- Fit, finish, and inspect products to ensure high standards of quality
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and uphold health and safety standards
