Guildmore Planned Works seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to drive the delivery and commercial success of external works and cladding remediation projects in line with PCSA stages and Guildmore QEMS standards.

You will line-manage a team, maintain KPI performance, ensure health & safety compliance, and align contract execution with ISO-aligned processes across the supply chain, delivering on time, within budget, and to specification.
