Unite Students, based in London, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to provide commercial input to the Capital Projects Team, focusing on asset management and lifecycle works. You will estimate, benchmark, forecast inflation, control budgets and report from inception through to practical completion.
The role also covers procurement of main contractors, contract negotiation and supply chain management, with tender documentation and contractor relationship oversight.
