Legal & Compliance Lead — Private Markets Governance

ROYC Group is seeking a Legal & Compliance Manager to support the fund governance, KYC/AML, regulatory compliance for private market products, and the legal infrastructure of ROYC’s funds. You will report to the Head of Legal & Structuring and collaborate with the senior leadership across operations.

The role covers preparing governance documents, reviewing subscriptions, coordinating with service providers, and embedding GDPR and data protection within platform enhancements.
