Void Repairs & Maintenance Officer — Flexible Hybrid Role

Renfrewshire Council is seeking a Repairs & Maintenance Officer to join the Empty Homes Team. You will deliver void repairs, diagnose issues, instruct repairs and liaise with internal teams and external contractors.

Post inspections will monitor quality and you will process purchase orders and payments for completed work. The role requires experience in housing repairs, knowledge of health & safety regulations, strong IT and communication skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative
