About the role:

We are looking for a highly organised and friendly Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our busy activity centre. This is a key role, providing essential administrative support to staff, young people and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the centre team
  • Managing phone calls, emails and enquiries from parents, carers and partner organisations
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and attendance registers
  • Supporting bookings, room schedules and activity timetables
  • Assisting with finance administration (e.g. invoices, petty cash, purchase orders)
  • Preparing documents, reports and correspondence
  • Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding standards are upheld at all times
  • Supporting events, activities and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Must be aged 21+ due to the
  • Previous administrative experience (ideally in a youth, education or community setting)
  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive, approachable manner when working with young people and families
