Overview
You will lead a high-profile, temporary reward project within a global organization, balancing strategic design with BAU reward activities. You’ll manage pay structures, benchmarking, and the annual pay award cycle, using data-driven insights to advise on compensation. The role requires collaboration with senior leaders to embed best-practice reward principles across multiple countries. This is an analytical, impact-focused position that shapes how the company pays and rewards its people. A strong hook is your ability to drive market-aligned compensation decisions in a complex, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee pay bands and develop clear pay policies and guidance documents
- Lead pay and benefit benchmarking, including reward surveys
- Manage end-to-end annual pay award process across business areas
- Provide compensation advisory on role levels based on data
- Monitor regulatory changes impacting compensation and advise pragmatically
- Build credible relationships with leaders to coach on Reward best practices
Key requirements
- Substantial experience in a dedicated Reward and Compensation role
- Experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions
- Advanced Excel skills with modelling and data analysis capabilities
- Proven project management experience
- Strong communication to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
